Care.ServiceFind.Center is a directory and marketplace platform. We do not employ caregivers, verify every credential, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any service. We do not provide medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: post false, misleading, or fraudulent information; harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users; attempt to circumvent payment or background check systems; solicit users off-platform to avoid fees; or violate any applicable law.
6. Scam & Fraud Warning
Never send money via wire transfer, gift card, or cryptocurrency to anyone on this platform. Legitimate caregivers do not request advance payment via these methods. Report suspicious activity immediately using our Report button.
7. Background Checks
We facilitate third-party background check requests. We do not conduct checks ourselves, and a background check is not a guarantee of safety. Always verify credentials directly with the relevant licensing boards.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including guides, articles, and tools, is owned by ServiceFind.Center or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Care.ServiceFind.Center and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
11. Changes to Terms
