Verbal Reminders: Non-medical aides can provide verbal reminders ("It is 12:00 PM, time for your lunch vitamins").

Opening Assistance: Aides may assist with opening pre-filled weekly pill organizers if the client has arthritis, provided the family or nurse packed the organizer.

Prohibited Clinical Tasks: Non-medical caregivers cannot draw liquid medications into syringes, calculate pediatric dosages, adjust insulin units, or perform catheter care.
