By accessing or using the ServiceFind Care platform, directories, safety guides, and matching systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our website and resources.
2. Acceptable Use of Our Library
All text, diagrams, structures, and clinical references in our safety library are compiled for general educational purposes and home-safety audits. They do not constitute formal medical or architectural engineering licenses. You agree to use these resources safely, legally, and within the scope of residential home care.
3. Affiliate Relationship & Marketplace Disclaimer

ServiceFind Care acts solely as an independent affiliate publisher and referral matching network. We are not a direct registry agency and do not directly employ, recommend, or screen caregivers ourselves for your individual employment contracts.
When utilizing our Care Match engine or clicking outgoing links to complete care hiring on external partner marketplaces (such as Care.com), your subsequent agreements, subscriptions, payments, and background vetting are conducted solely between you and that third-party platform or care provider. ServiceFind Care disclaims all liability, warranties, or financial obligations arising from services booked on external partner platforms.
4. Caregiver Account & Onboarding Terms
Providers who apply to onboard on our database pledge to supply 100% accurate summaries, valid licenses, and verified ZIP codes. We reserve the right to audit profiles, request background check verifications, or suspend profiles that violate our authority standards (e.g. fabricated credentials or false pricing models) at our absolute discretion.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any claims, disputes, or issues relating to ServiceFind Care’s internal matching software shall be resolved via binding arbitration. Disputes or service complaints arising from third-party websites or caregivers booked on affiliate networks must be pursued directly through those corresponding platforms (e.g., Care.com Support).
