This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information across the ServiceFind Care network (including our matching engines, static resource guides, and support systems).

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with our platform, we collect information through several specific flows:

• Care Seeker Inquiries: When completing our Care Match matching wizard, we collect localized ZIP codes, specific physical or cognitive care needs, schedule requirements, and voluntary safety notes to generate relevant profiles.
• Caregiver Onboarding Data: If registering as a provider, we collect display names, bio summaries, credentials, hourly rates, experience parameters, and verification preferences.
• Support Forms: Messages submitted via our Contact Us portal collect names, email addresses, subjects, and ticket descriptions.
• Automated Analytics & Cookies: We utilize standard cookies and Cloudflare Analytics to measure site speed, visitor locations, and content engagement. These tools process anonymized IP addresses and device fingerprints only.

3. How Your Data Is Processed & Secured

All database storage is managed on secure PostgreSQL instances within Supabase, employing Transport Layer Security (TLS) and AES-256 data encryption. Public caregiver profiles exclude direct telephone numbers or personal emails, preventing automated scraping or unsolicited contact. Communication is routed securely through our in-platform APIs.

4. Third-Party Partners & Affiliate Tracking

ServiceFind Care participates as an affiliate publisher. When clicking out to partner marketplaces (such as Care.com), these external platforms drop affiliate tracking cookies to trace referral traffic. ServiceFind Care does not share your private support inquiries or database matching records with these external publishers. We encourage you to review their independent privacy rules when visiting their marketplaces.

5. Health-Adjacent Data & Age Protections (COPPA/CCPA)

Because our verticals cover sensitive populations (Senior Care, Dementia Care, Child Care), we enforce strict regulatory protocols:

• COPPA (Children’s Privacy): We never intentionally market to or collect data from children under the age of 13. All childcare matching is requested and authorized solely by parents or legal guardians.
• CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act): We extend full California privacy rights to all users, guaranteeing the right to know what data we hold, request deletion, and opt-out of data sales (we never sell user data to third-party data brokers).

6. Your Data Rights & Deletion Requests

You hold complete control over your private records. You can request a copy of your stored records, profile corrections, or permanent account deletion at any time.
